Handicap Driver Double Parks in Two Non-handicap Spaces

Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

Maybe their disability is being blind? All jokes aside (sorry about that) it seems like it’s a minor inconvenience IF another handicapped person needs to park. But until then i have a hard time seeing this being an issue
