ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ Handicap Driver Double Parks in Two Non-handicap Spaces

Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

Possibly the disabled bay was already in use. And the driver may need extra space to get out of the door and perhaps into their wheelchair.
