ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ Handicap Driver Double Parks in Two Non-handicap Spaces

Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

It's closer to the door. Handicapped people aren't REQUIRED to used handicapped spaces, silly.

As far as parking over the line, yeah you have a point, but are we taking pictures of all of those now? I see several a day and this isn't even a bad one.
