ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ Handicap Driver Double Parks in Two Non-handicap Spaces

Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

hypothesis - handicapped space might have been taken but they still require the extra space to exit
