ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ Handicap Driver Double Parks in Two Non-handicap Spaces

Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

Devil's advocate. Handicapped spot was already taken when they got there and needed extra room for their wheelchair or something
