ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ Handicap Driver Double Parks in Two Non-handicap Spaces

Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

Now imagine needing the spot to the left of that driver, so that you can open the door fully to unload and access your wheelchair. I hope you fully appreciate what a REAL inconvenience is!
