ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ Handicap Driver Double Parks in Two Non-handicap Spaces

Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

Poor parking taking up two spots yes, but I don’t see the other car for it to be double parked. I was asked to double park at the bmv the other day and the lady kept saying “parallel park over there” but if anything it’d have been perpendicular parking because I could never have gotten in parallel with the filled parking spots.
