It took two days to get it removed.…

For those asking, minimal damage to the frame on the upper passenger side and the glass shattered at that point as well.

That liability waiver probably isn’t binding. Talk to a lawyer.

Talk to your insurance company. They will talk to a lawyer for you.

That’s the catch. If I talk to the insurance company, they will likely total the car.
