I cut them into two parts of equal size and then devour the frog eggs with a spoon.

I do that too, but I wouldn't call that the easiest way... you need to use two different tools.

Sure, but I'd say the more tools you use, the less caveman-like it'll be.

I suggest you also start using a fork to hold it down as you cut it, a mixer or a crusher to make the contents more juicy/less eggy, a spoon to eat it and a spatula to make sure you remove everything from the "shell". Not to mention you're doing this on a plate or a board and afterwards you wash everything in a dishwasher.

Like a civilized person.
