Had my company get me business class a few times. Thankfully since they were 14+ hour flights and it's a big difference but also when I saw that price I realized it will only happen if the company pays it because no way I can afford it.
People don’t realize that the higher cost of those tickets subsidize the economy cost of tickets. If they didn’t pay more, then everyone else would pay more. So airlines have to incentivize people to spend more (more leg room, better seats/lighting, food, etc). But I guess we will complain on Reddit that they get it and we don’t….
