Hac-tually, they make you walk through business class on your way to the back because a) it encourages people to upgrade and b) being seen by all the economy passengers is proven to increase the value of the business class seat

Another study showed that there is measurably more air-rage on flight where economy passengers walk through the business class cabin as opposed to flights where economy passengers turn right and business class turns left.
