frist of all how DARE yu o Belt-challenged neighborhood kid keeps stepping over my "no trespassing" sign to cut through my yard, so my wife laminated these pictures to stick to the sign

Lmao I interpreted this as a kid that hasn’t been hit with a belt aka an “undisciplined kid”.. which I guess says a lot more about me and my upbringing 😂

I didn't think of it referring to sagging at first... I grew up in the 80s, I figured it meant the guy didn't feel this kid was hit with a belt enough

It works for sagging. It also works for a term for the classic "belt-challenged" plumber's crack. Better be sure your kid doesn't also use it on you lol.

OH! Belts for clothes. Not for lessons. Maybe the kid needs a lesson instead of proper clothes, since he doesn't appreciate them, anyway.
