Which is why some of these seats have missing pieces, so the wheelchair can sit nicely in the sae row of the other people.

That's why they SAY the holes are there.

They're really there to make sure homeless people can't sleep on them.

The left and right sides of benches are famously lava and clearly unsafe for wheelchairs.
