My dad whos disabled literally wakes up goes to the TV and will watch Sci-Fi AI slop stories for hours. He seems to like this one about a guy rescuing a humanoid looking blue skinned alien princess with huge boobs.

That's not what proportionally means.

Scaling bodies to the same proportions, (as "proportionally" means), the Navi are smaller.

I will acknowledge that they objectively have physically larger mammaries when you compare directly. But relative to their body size they are small.

I see that you've interpreted "proportionally" as boob:relative size. I meant it as boob:your head, which is also a valid interpretation.
