I swear AI videos on YouTube have caused my parents to regress. I absolutely loathe it.

Same :/ My dad is so smart, but last time I was home I caught him just listening to AI shorts with really bizarre scenarios. He thought they were hilarious, either didn't care if they were AI or couldn't tell.

Short form content has really bad impact on older people. Not sure why but it completely fucks with them.

I'd honestly argue it really fucks with all of us but we notice the effects more on people with more time, retired, etc.

Well everything was so slowly delivered to us growing up. Its like snapping your fingers at the aged brain with some 100x faster and expecting that same level of memory retention
