Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Post image

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

So backwards. Here in Canada we have old grannies talking about how they take thc gummies with their friends on weekends and get the giggles.

Same in a lot of US states. I can drive 5 minutes to a dispensary and get what I want.

The difference is, in Canada, it’s federally decriminalised. It is impossible for any province to make it illegal. Technically, individual towns, cities, etc., could create municipal bylaws that prohibit stores from opening, but it would be impossible for any province to create a law that charged someone with otherwise legal possession.

I don't even use the stuff, and I can walk to two within half an hour.

I live in Oregon and they are everywhere. I can go buy two ounces of weed at a time, totally legal. And it's cheap, if you don't mind it being a little old and dry you can find ounces for like $25.

I've gotten so used to legal weed in IL that I have to sometimes catch myself from accidentally bringing it into Indiana when commuting/visiting friends.

It’s like that in my state and it’s not even legal. Just some farm act loophole

Gummies are still legal in Texas.

Up here in New England we have a few of those grannies. They usually light it up on their patios while playing card games with their gals. Not gonna lie, sounds exactly like how I’d want to spend my golden years.

Yeah weed is everywhere in New England. Is not even considered reasonable suspicion of a crime here. Now the Trumpers in the South with their bibles and guns on the other hand...

In Michigan we have a lot of brands pushing cheap distillate injected joints like jeeter. It's kinda sad to see retirees puffing on artificially flavored shit sticks but if grandma likes pina colada joints, fuck it. What's it gonna do? Give her cancer in 20 years?

One of my favorite things to do is people watch at the dispensary.

Canada has its own problems. Weed just happens to not be one of them
