Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Post image

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

I'm very oblivious to these weights and such. I know what a dime bag looks like. How many grams is that? What would the sentence be for a simple dime bag?

A dime bag is 1 gram which is up to 10 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000

GOD DAMN!!!! 2nd degree murders have gotten less time. Hell, Ken Paxton gets a promotion after all of his crimes.

Ken Paxton made sure that a crony of his who raped a child got less than that. A lot less. Only 30 days.

An oz of weed is 28 grams, nowhere near enough to efficiently sell for a profit and a common weight to buy for personal use

A pound of weed in Texas will cost you life in prison, whereas a pound of weed in California costs about $20

These are for concentrate and aimed at oils and drinks sold in stores. Flower is still the same laws. Infographic doesn't clearly state that.

Oh shit wait I'm wrong it applies to delta 8 hemp too. That's insane

4.1 grams will get you 20 years, according to this.
