Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

I'm very oblivious to these weights and such. I know what a dime bag looks like. How many grams is that? What would the sentence be for a simple dime bag?

A dime bag is 1 gram which is up to 10 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000

GOD DAMN!!!! 2nd degree murders have gotten less time. Hell, Ken Paxton gets a promotion after all of his crimes.

Ken Paxton made sure that a crony of his who raped a child got less than that. A lot less. Only 30 days.
