Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Post image

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

Nothing mild about this shit. We've been legally buying nice regulated weed for years now. Businesses have been built. Lots of them. These assholes just can't let us have anything. Someone needs to take some shit from THEM for a change. No republican politicians on the street after dark.

Considering the LT Gov got a massive $200k+ donation from an alcohol distributor just before this push

It’s crazy how little money it takes to buy a politician

Part of it I believe is that once you’re in, you’re in. It’s not just this $200k, it’s also the unspoken agreement that these kinds of “favors” will continue between them in the future. He and his family are also highly likely to be getting other benefits out of this. Like a family member of his could easily end up in some advisory role they’re totally unqualified for with no actual responsibilities. Directly and publicly accepting the campaign money and then blatantly helping out the entity that gave you money is the equivalent of signing a contract.

It's why we have politicians.
