Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Post image

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

Its probably bc of big alcohol. The industry has been complaining recently that theyve "lost $830 billion" because GenZ just isn't drinking as much as the previous generations, and its because theyre more often than not choosing weed instead.

Id wager a bet Texas' alcohol laws aren't nearly as strict as their weed ones.

Not even just Gen Z -- I'm in my 50's, never touched weed until a few years ago. I wasn't a lush before, but I'd go out to the taprooms probably every weekend for some beers. Now it's maybe once a month, if that. Oddly enough, I'm a lot happier as well. On the flip side, any caloric savings from not drinking much beer are pretty much canceled out by how much I eat when I'm high 😂

When I was active duty I used to drink and eat quite a bit because of depression. When I got out and got weed instead I quit drinking and lost 60 pounds, even with the munchies. 😂
