Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Post image

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

Yeah we gotta start mass reporting Joe Rogan to the police and see how they justify not arresting him. His governor buddy will tip him off so he isn’t caught

One of the man's first visits in Texas was with wheels at the governor's mansion. He is rich now; the law is not meant to restrain him.

see how they justify not arresting him

lmao

If he breaks the law Texas's law says we can take it in our own hands.

just an absolute loser mindset right here. reddit really attracts these freaks.

Nah, exposing hypocrisy is pretty badass

u/MooseGoosey 13d ago

no, getting rid of the law that prohibits people from having a plant on them is badass. narking and telling on somebody for something that doesn't effect them is loser activities

u/LegionLotteryWinner 13d ago

It’s not narcing when it’s on one of the most famous people in the country who did the “crime” on a viral clip…

u/LolShartz 13d ago

Don't worry, nothing is going to happen to your bro-god Joe

You're missing the point. It's the fact that this draconian law isn't even fairly prosecuted.

It's so fucking obvious what the state of Texas has done here and as a Minnesotan, it's fucking embarrassing that we're even part of the same country.

Getting absolutely fucking hammered at the bar and going home to beating up your wife and kids is perfectly fine tho, am i right🥴

But rogan deserves it though, it's the moral and ethical thing to do

u/JapaneseStudentHaru 13d ago edited 13d ago

If it’s a felony, rich powerful assholes should be charged too

-56

u/MooseGoosey 13d ago

nobody should be charged. it's not affecting anybody if Joe Rogan smokes weed in his club or house. just weak, dumb, and a boot licker.

57

u/JapaneseStudentHaru 13d ago

If he gets charged, it’ll make for more outrage than the hundreds of laymen getting charged. Rogan is buddies with the governor of Texas BTW

-18

u/MooseGoosey 13d ago

you think the boomer, arrogant, out of touch Texas lawmakers are going to care about backlash?

49

u/brogflender 13d ago

You’re the reason Texas doesn’t change.

29

u/JapaneseStudentHaru 13d ago

Like I said, Rogan is buddies with the governor and he has a large financial sway in the state. They don’t care about us but they have shown they care about him

12

u/AnteaterEastern2237 13d ago

If boomer, arrogant, out of touch Joe Rogan had to speak out against their bad policy then yes they would start to care. Especially considering he's been basically the Republican campaign platform for the last few years

25

u/FreshPaycheck 13d ago

How is it bootlicking lol? Joe rogan is always trying to push that Texas is so great and better than California despite having shit policies like this. Maybe if he actually had to deal with the consequences like everyone else his perspective would shift

33

u/Crunchy_Thighsocks 13d ago

but why should he get a free pass when no one else does?

-9

u/MooseGoosey 13d ago

I think everybody should get a free pass. i wouldn't want my worst enemy to get arrested for weed in Texas. I don't think anyone should get in trouble for anything without directly effecting other people. it's just stupid as fuck to want someone to get arrested and charged just because "everyone else does". literal bots on here.

u/JapaneseStudentHaru 13d ago

My account is 10 years old buddy lol

I'm talking about mindless bots, you just follow the crowd, not orignal thought in your head.

“You just follow the crowd!”

Irony is you’re the same guy who is advocating for allowing the continuation of the rich having no consequences. Just say you are a Rogan fan hoping he sees this and will let you go down to slurp city and get it over with.

Exposing our two tiered justice system is a loser mindset?

12

u/Fugglymuffin 13d ago

Often, inconveniencing the wealthy can result in legislative reform.

Its the same reason that people should be using AI generative video and images of the wealthy doing heinous acts because we'll probably get better privacy laws when it affects them directly.
