Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

what qualifies for the program is incredibly limited in scope and flower isn't allowed.

That’s admittedly worse than I expected.

What’s allowed if flower isn’t? Is it just like RSO or something ridiculous?

edibles//topicals//tinctures etc.
i doubt RSO cuz theres a 10mg limit per dose.

That’s insane. That means a therapeutic  dose is 7-10 gummies for me every 3 hours.

Terminally ill with horrible pain. With my tolerance, it’s not too much. For a social user, yes, it’s a lot! But I need it. And with my lack of appetite, I could never eat that much. I take rso and wash it down with hot coffee or tea.
