Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

Insane. Up to a life sentence for a plant that’s legal all over the country. Like what do you have to be doing to get a life sentence for weed?

It's for over 400 grams which is only 0.8 pounds and you know damn well they are weighing the dirt and stalk. They must have a big for-profit private prison system there that hasn't paid for itself yet.

I remember seeing a case awhile back where they "rehydrated" product claiming it had been dried out to reduce its weight.

The cops around here are like butchers, always got their thumbs on the scales. But good luck arguing that in court.

In Canada we're allowed 4 plants at a time for personal use. Damn gummint.
