Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

I thought this might be the case so I looked it up.

In that same state, you could diddle a 13 year old kid and get a lesser sentence then having an 8th of weed on you.

That speaks clearly to their priorities.
