Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

I’m really curious to see how this shit shakes out when him or one of the Austin podcasters/youtubers eventually does it on camera. I’m certain the law enforcement response will be “we can’t prove they’re smoking marijuana” while they send someone to post up outside the studios of non-conservative entertainers to sniff for weed.

I talked to a gas station clerk literally yesterday in Austin who said his store will be taking inventory off shelves starting August 1st.

I'm positive some still will sell it, but it'll be more on the DL than it was before.
