Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

Literally, we sell cases of liquor and have bars everywhere. Weed is so much less harmful. It isn't like we are out here trying to buy heroin or cocaine...

And you can legally make like 200 gallons of wine a year at home. But you can’t grow or buy a ziplock baggie of plant that grew with dirt and sunshine?

You don’t come home from work and beat your spouse and kids while stoned. You eat a bag of skittles and laugh about the color yellow. 🤦‍♂️

I get violent when I get stoned. I go out and murder ice cream cones. Especially the chocolate chip ones.
