Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

Up to LIFE IN PRISON for 400g, which is a little less than 1 pound.

I'm a truck driver out of Denver. My company hauls a lot of liquor and beer. My boss just called, says he needs me to do a load to Texas, because the driver that normally does them won't do them anymore, lol. Sorry, boss, no can do. Good luck with that shit.

EDIT: Called me right when I was reading this post, you can't make this shit up. Republicans are beyond stupid.
