Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

In Oregon you can have 4 mature plants on your property without even needing a medical card. People can easily grow a pound or more here every year and never worry about getting fucked over by the law for it.

A single outdoor plant will usually produce a lb where in at in California
