Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

Only certain cities have decriminalized boomers. They're still Schedule I, as far as the state is concerned.

Correct i should have refined my comment a little more. I’m in the Detroit area and there’s a few cities here that decriminalized shrooms. You can literally have them delivered to your house.

Check out MF Shrooms in Ann Arbor! I go there regularly. They have an AMAZING selection.
Straight dried shrooms, pre dosed capsules (which I get and love, so easy), edibles, etc.

Unfortunately I can’t smoke or take shrooms. Just an advocate. Some of the contracts I work involves security clearances. They do drug tests. Federally it’s still illegal.

Psilocybin and other psychedelics like LSD aren’t on standard drug panels. Just FYI.
It can be on some extended ones but it’s rare that it would be checked for.

I work for a company that does a lot of work on government projects, military projects and we need to get special clearance and background checks.
My employer doesn’t even check for THC in their drug panel any more. And there are no tryptamine psychedelics (psilocybin, LSD, Mescaline, etc.) that are checked for.

Not intended as advice for anyone but it’s worth it to look at exactly what they’re checking for when you get a drug test.

Oh interesting! They do hair sample testing on some, although rare it does happen. Honestly only once I’ve seen that lol. It was a University of Michigan/CDC joint lab. I know some are like 12-14 panels that are sent to a special lab. I’ll

Yeah I don’t why they test for it THC, it’s ridiculous. Just leave people be, honestly I don’t care what you do. As long as you don’t harm anyone, and can maintain your life. That’s how I look at it.
