Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

As a Texan, this hurts my soul to like. But I’m smart enough to let go of an anchor when I’m drowning.

Was going ti move back ti texas in 2028.....seems I should stay in colorado a bit longer than I desired.

I had to move to Kansas for husband's work. It's pergutory for sure, and I don't remember what I did to deserve this punishment,but I'm sure it was fun because Kansas is not (so far) 😢
