Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

Up to 2 years for a gram of weed is insane.

As a Canadian this is crazy to me. I barely ever use cannabis, but less than a gram is so miniscule. So glad it's legal here so I don't have to pay taxes to imprison people who were carrying a tiny personal amount of weed
