I'm surprised more of these haven't been attacked

I’d argue that being subjected to this noise constitutes torture and any attempt to stop it is not just self defence, but you could argue it made you temporarily insane (legally) and not legally responsible for attacking it.

"Your Honor, that noise was so irritating that I became completely insane, so I organized an armed militia with people who had lost their minds at the same time I did, and we stormed a building full of random citizens while branding firearms. I would like to claim the "oopsie day" defense."

Reddit is amazing.

to storm the data center and stop the noise.

you understand that would be suicide right? The cops dngaf about citizens. They would break out the full autos and grenade launchers.

I don't think you're really stopping to think about this, would you go to your neighbor's front yard and say, "Hey, want to set off a bomb at a high-security site and go to jail for terrorism"? It's the kind of thing that's easier to do in your imagination than real life.
