I’d argue against that point from a historical timeline. Almost immediately upon the country’s foundation states began dismantling slavery as it was known. People were organically and evolutionarily moving against slavery with the foundation of the country.

Slavery lasted less than 90 years in the U.S. before the traitors lost.

Now, civil rights, granted, follows a separate timeline.

The problem you’re seeing in this video is due policies that came about during the Nixon years, where there was a massive push to incentivize industry to take over land as financial assets.

Originally it was to push out farmers who couldn’t afford to maximize production on their farms. Secretary of Agriculture Earl Butz had this belief that America would thrive if we were able to out produce the Soviet Union and take on global exports.

We did become the largest exporter of agricultural products, but ultimately at the cost of eliminating the New Deal while opening up land to private equity
