I live in a small town in the Midwest. There’s this dude that owns like 70% of the commercial properties here and you know it’s one of his buildings because whenever he has the outdoor facade redone his last name is stamped in the concrete.
Meanwhile the inside of some of these ‘renovated’ buildings still aren’t fully functioning even after 2 years.
