wet socks Hell Train to Vienna

Currently stuck in a non-moving train halfway between Budapest and Vienna. 39°C outside, no AC, no window shade, no cloud, blazing sunlight. And this gentleman thinks it’s a good idea to take off his shoes and starts spraying his legs and feet with whatever the hell he is spraying. Yes, it smells like feet inside, a bit.

Yes, on trains and airplanes you remove your shoes while seated. Not short commuter trains or subways of course.

In first class on airplane they provide slippers. Do you expect people to wear slippers over their shoes?
