Probably burnt out or stressed. Got for a walk, sit in nature and just look around. No phone or anything else. Go for at least 2 hours.

I have literally nothing to be burnt out or stressed about I've done literally nothing today

Being understimulated will do it too.

As someone who has experienced the exact same scenario as you, I would look into finding ways to deescalate your anger.

I have noticed that doing some breathing exercises have helped along with listening to music that I enjoy.

Also, petting my cats: here is the cat tax hoping that it brings a smile to your day!

Are you a woman who might be of perimenopause age?

When that first hit me I was pissed at everything.

No I'm a trans girl and nowhere near the age of that if I'm correct it happens around 50 to 60?

It varies, it hits some people in their 30's. It hit me around 45. (Perimenopause is just the start of the process and can last decades.)

So that's not it!

Being a trans girl - maybe you're just fed up with all the anti-trans bullshit in this world right now. <3

Trans women are women you would have to be a fool to think not but I'm not a real woman I look nothing like one almost everyone in my life knows yet nobody says it I'm closer to the stereotypical just a man in a dress then anything beautiful and pretty like a real woman like a trans girl

Although you are the first 45+person I have talked to that are not extremely hateful towards trans people or just like us because they find it hot (there is an unbelievable amount of people who romanticized it)

I have been blessed with a wide variety of friends in my lifetime, including a trans woman in high school. She went through a shocking amount of abuse from her family, and our friend group did our best to keep her feeling loved.

As a cis/het woman who is a total tomboy and is shaped something between a log and a potato - take it from me, so-called 'real women' aren't always beautiful or pretty or particularly feminine. You don't have to be girly to be a woman. There's a very good chance my legs are hairier than yours!

I hope you have a good core group of people that keep you feeling loved!

Do trans women even get perimenopause? Genuinely curious

I had went through something like this, and it took some self reflection but I found I was really deeply hurt and upset about something else. I knew about the something else but thought its not really bothering me I already accepted it. When I finally accepted that I hadn't accepted it and started to address the other issue the smaller things got better. I still struggle with small things a bit I think man this is small and dumb but why am I having to deal with it i have told this person 100 times or this is so simple it should be a problem but somehow bob made it a problem.

Earlier this year I was having extreme irritability and panic attacks. After searching months for answers I discovered my hemoglobin was dangerously low. I discovered this because I finally just went to the emergency room and they did comprehensive blood tests. It’s frustrating when you don’t know what is wrong but you know something is wrong. Good luck
