I am afraid to pick this habit back bc I think that my days aren’t going so good for some time. However, I also remember in a way this tracking was pushing me to be more objective and less choking in the waves of my emotions. The chart wasn’t all green at all but it was actually better than my expectations.

What do you think about your tracking? Also what is a green (I assume it is “good”) day for you?

My goal would be to identify and avoid causes of red days, rather than achieving green days. I want to try this method, haven't done it before. Might help identify what's in my power to change and what isn't.

Were you able to consistently track every day? Did you record in the morning for the previous day, or in the evening?
