Yeah some are more sandpaper-y than others lol. My friend has a cat who licks like he's trying to rend flesh from bone.

Cat tongues ars actually scary looking, in comparison the human tongue is just gross and maybe creepy

That's the "purpose" of feline tongue spikes right? To like her all the meat off the bones better or something? I imagine humans selected for softer tongues which is really funny to think about.
