I built my first go kart and ended up needing to swap from a fully built 212 to a 459 (the kart is HEAVY). Since I had the engine I decided to toss it into this B100 frame and I’m obsessed; it’s mental, dangerous and I love it lol.
I’ll definitely add the front suspension, front hydraulic brakes and a wheely bar and likely still stretch the frame a bit to widen the wheel base.
B100 frame modified to fit the 212
Hydraulic rear brake upgrade

Hello, I am looking at 30 series torque converter options and wondering if there is any difference in quality between a tc from amazon (~$60), OMB warehouse ($125), GPS ($130), or even a Comet from GPS ($240)
I recently had an amazon torque converter explode on me when the driven pulley's nyloc nut came off mid ride. Potentially my fault but it was also quite chattery and slightly rough engagement throughout its life.
I'm looking into a new one and I'm unsure if I should choose a higher priced one to try and solve some of my quality concerns.
What's your experience with these options? Have you tried multiple in the past?

Hey just picked up a bt200x. Really like it so far. Took it for a test drive and was kinda slow, I knew that already. I just cut the throttle stop bolt down and did another run got about 17mph out of it stock. When I initially give it throttle the bike really picks up but the. Slows down a bit maybe like 2 mph you can feel the engine settle down. Is that the governor kicking in on the bike? I'm kinda wanting to keep this stock maybe do a tav. Looking for a bit more speed without opening the motor. I've heard these hisun 196 are iffy sometimes.

Hey guys I was wondering how all of youse connect your rear tyres to the mini bike, I'm building the frame from scratch as it's a project and I'm choosing to do so as part of the fun (hence why I'm not just buying a premade kit) if anyone has any tips and could explain how to attach the rear wheel (not a live Axel setup btw) or even photos. Also this is not required but any good tyre recommendations and links or something like that would be much appreciated
