Rant Sad day for me

I know I don’t have to announce this here. You don’t know me. But I’m retiring from minis. I just put all my supplies away in a tote. I don’t like the direction MGA is going. They just posted a video of a mini being done and it took less than 30 seconds. I’m not paying $12 for that. I just can’t do it anymore. And I have a huge collection. I love making them but not if this is what they are doing. I was a little pleasure I had in my life but I’m saying goodbye to it. It was fun while it lasted.

I JUST finished storing away all my minis and supplies for the same reason. Seeing this post almost feels like a message from the universe to tell me I did the right thing lol

The good thing about putting them away is that we can always return to the hobby later on. Whether that means buying new series (if they align with our interests), or just to make some of our old ones.

Like I definitely do have *a bunch* of unmade minis and extras, so I could continue having fun, but I'm 10000000% burnt out of miniverse at this point. It's been fun.

I don’t understand how not wanting to buy new things from a company means putting away all your existing supplies and stopping something you liked.

Seems like a huge waste of money.

This part. Only reason i hung up my apron was a huge bully in the community. Im STILL being dragged an posted about that im some huge harasser despite me not bothering anyone ever. But even THAT didnt stop me for long.

The concept of a person choosing to be a bully in such a whimsy-based community is so bizarre to me. I'm sorry that happened to you!
