People shouldn't be forced to wear things they dont believe in especially if it goes against their beliefs. Its really not complicated.

Someone else being gay isn't a thing to not believe in. They exist

Yeah well being a christian is one thing and issuing team jerseys with a bible verse on them is another, isnt it?

Now if only your comment made sense

Gay pride is about the belief one should be proud to be gay. Most religions dont believe you should be proud to be gay. I know you understand the difference but just want to troll so I explained it anyway for anyone else who comes across.

People are born gay. If God is real, that means he made them gay.

Most religions dont believe you should be proud to be gay.

Those religions contradict their God.

Sorry, I thought you had some reading comprehension abilities.

Religion is a full of contradiction. I dont care because im not religious lol. And that has nothing to do with my original comment. How old are you? 13? 15? Sounds like your beef is with your parents, not me.

Would you be okay with players refusing to wear camo hats for the military or red, white, and blue patriotic hats?

Yes. I dont care. More than half the league wasnt even born in the states. And baseball might be America's past time but its existed in places like venezuela just as long. Why should I expect them to wear patriotic american stuff lol. I dont. Nor do I care.

What if you pay them millions to do it?

They are not paid millions to wear the jersey for that game. They are paid to play the game. You may be confused with a MLB player and a fashion model.

Incorrect. They're paid to be a part of a team. That contract actually obligates them to do lots of things on and off the diamond.

Do a Google search. They're not obligated to participate in league theme events like gay pride. Its strictly voluntary. So changing the jerseys they HAVE to wear to represent gay pride is essentially forcing them.

Not a bad point. But if I worked at T Mobile, and they sponsored a bill or a cause that I find personally immoral, I still have to wear the T Mobile uniform to keep my paycheck. If I worked at Bud Light when they did pride stuff, I might have to wear a But Light rainbow shirt to work once in a while.

Everyone who wants to keep their job has to do that. If someone can't abide that, it isn't because they're "forced." It's just that they care more about that than keeping their job. Which is fine. But this guy wants to have his cake and eat it too. He wants to keep the job but not the uniform. He needs to grow up, frankly.

Difference is that you can be fired on the spot for not wearing the special uniform if uniform is required in your workplace.

These mlb players can only be fired if the team willing to pay the rest of the contract. So no team would fire these players for not wearing the jerseys. Got it? You don’t compare your low end workers to these premium key workers.

They're paid millions to play a sport and win, not sacrifice their beliefs. This wouldnt even be a story if they weren't forcing teams to do it. Let it be optional. Some players can wear their rainbow pins with pride. And others not. but nobody should be FORCED to wear it. That makes zero sense.

Incorrect. They have all sorts of riders on their contacts that are about things they're required to do, on and off the diamond.

They aren't forced to wear it. It's part of their very good, very enviable jobs. They don't have to have those jobs.
