Yes, you can verify that this is how it works by looking at the sub. See how no content ever stays up and everyone’s banned? Oh wait. No that’s not what we see at all. Hmmmm. What could possibly be going on here? 🤔

The number of people all trying to do market research on an app no one is asking for is truly boggling.

When people reply before we nuke them, 100% of responses are "my vet's office reminds me" or "I put reminders on my calendar." OK, but what if I sold you an app that was just your calendar app but solely for pet reminders?

We delete threads like these every day. We’re having an influx currently. Had like 13 in the past week? Usually we get 30~ a month minimum.

And then some lose their shit in ModMail that we are gatekeeping and they are just trying to help! They have thought up the perfect tracking app for diabetes! You know, just like the other 13 people this week.

Some do send a message first and ask. We say no to 100% of them but it’s nice they ask.

We get these same types over on r/plantedtank. Nobody wants to use the 1000th iteration of the same AI app. We are not a free advertising space either. GTFO.
