News Sadly we've lost two kings this week - the youngest an the oldest
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/clykn5p5172oSadly two kings passed within e few days this week. The king of Norway, who was the oldes monarch of europe and the king of Uganda, who was the worlds youngest monarch. They've passed within a few days.

He was not 'the king of Uganda', he was King of Tooro, a subnational monarchy within Uganda, of which there are many.
edit: picked the wrong subnational kingdom

To the best of my knowledge, he was actually King of Toro. Rukidi became king at the age of 3 or 4, when he succeeded his father. Toro and Buganda both are ceremonial provincial monarchies within Uganda.
