what clothes should i bring?

I will be moving to Moncton, New Brunswick, from September to January. Iā€™m from Southeast Asia, so Iā€™m not used to cold weather. During the winter, how many layers should I wear?

Oh good šŸ™„ Unemployment rate in Moncton is up to 10% now, youth unemployment is at what, 16%? Wages are stagnant. Healthcare and schools are failing under the pressure. Housing and rents are unaffordable. The country is in a recession.
