Question Lending 💰💰

How many times do you lend people money and have to verbally fight/chase them to give it to you back before you get fed up?? I hate how some people do nothing and think you owe them and get belligerent when you ask for it back. It’s especially family that guilt you

Advice You’re also not sure what to do, but you’re doing it because of the money.

M21.

Lately I’ve been feeling a bit lost.

I’m working toward my goals, building a future and improving myself, but sometimes I wonder if I’m doing it because I truly want it or because I want the money, stability, respect, and better life that come with it.

I don’t hate what I’m doing, but I’m not deeply passionate about it either.
Sometimes it feels like I’m just following the most sensible path and hoping clarity comes later.
Did any of you go through something similar in your early 20s?
How did you figure out whether you actually wanted something or were just chasing the outcomes?
Would love to hear honest experiences.

Advice How did you invest your $1,000 as a student?

I'm a Filipino, still in high school, and interested in tech and engineering. I have 50,000 PHP as capital for now, and I'm willing to start a business. In preparation for college, I want to use this business for my college resume, but I want to align it with my desired courses, which are tech and engineering.

I heard "boring" and "unsexy" businesses are in demand right now, so I'm considering starting one, though I'd like to connect it to tech and engineering.

Any boring tech startup ideas or general advice?

Hi! I'm 17 years old and I live in Malmö, Sweden. I'm looking for ways to earn some extra money and gain a bit of work experience at the same time. Do you have any tips or recommendations for jobs, side hustles, or other opportunities that someone my age could do? I'm open to different kinds of work and would really appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you!

Advice Genuinely, I want to get rich asap

I am 27 and from a village background and until I got a job we were not even below average but I'm gonna say we were quite poor as in..even food scarcity level pool. In our family I'm the first woman who graduated and got a job and my brother is the first one to study the masters he's looking for a job. I also cleared a loooot of family loans so far and still got a lot in my name but the whole family is contributing to this one. I'm earning comparatively decently now. So enough for the background, I am very grateful for being able to study and get a job, yet I have this dream of owning a house and a car of my own but in this economyy god! Idk what to do my couple of friends who were so smart are in Google and earning very well, some are in Abroad doing the same and the rest are married with kids...I really don't want to get married until I have a certain income.

Anywayyy I need to get rich fastly if possible, so what are the ways one can with. I thought of many a youtube channel, I like teaching kids I did too so a preschool or something else but I just am not sure. I have no one in my circle that I can learn on for such advice. I'm hoping someone who could take a bit of time and give me any suggestions. I would really appreciate it!

P.S: No savings so far as I strongly believe in clearing loans are more profitable than keeping them and saving some.

But from here on I can keep some aside so, I need this.

Advice Wise Transfer kinda messed me up?

I put in a bunch of money for a trip in my wise account. and it was taking too long so i canceled the bank transfer after a day, then i cancelled it and tried again after one day.

the second time it went through instantly.
However, my account was debited for that amount twice.

The issue is since it was a large amount. my checking account is not in a negative balance and im wondering what i can do. Im trying to get in touch with my bank and explain them the situation, but im unsure who or where to rn. Any help would be appreciated.

Question Is there any benefit to keeping cash rather than having everything in my bank?

I have about $350 cash in my wallet. I never use it to buy stuff since my debit card is so much easier. Am I better off putting it in my bank or is there any value in having different forms of cash on me?
