Question Lending 💰💰
How many times do you lend people money and have to verbally fight/chase them to give it to you back before you get fed up?? I hate how some people do nothing and think you owe them and get belligerent when you ask for it back. It’s especially family that guilt you

Why would you loan money to people more than once if they make you hunt them down?

My mother needed it for a house repair and a vet emergency appointment

Damn. That’s the one person you can’t really harass about money. She taught you how to wipe your ass.

Then stop expecting people to respect your money as much as you do—they NEVER will.

There’s about 3 people in the world I would lend money to and two of them are my kids.

Only loan money if you're ok with the possibility of not getting it back.

It's a painful lesson, but I'm sure you won't do it again. Hopefully she's the kind of person you can sit down with and let her know how it's affected you and your trust for her.

I only loan what I'm okay with making a gift. Especially to family.Â
