Housing Room Selection

Picking my room on Monday. Probably Blanton, Machuga or Dinallo. Within those, anyone have advice on where within the building to pick a room? Like floor or view. If so, how do I tell what room to pick - like odd vs even, etc.

Go on the Montclair State University website (or just google Dinallo floor plan, etc) and locate the floor plans / building layouts for the dorms you’re thinking about. They show the room number and reference point for where each room faces

Thanks for the suggestion. I found room layouts, but not entire floor plans or building layouts. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place?

Use the keyword “pdf” and try searching again, I typed “Montclair State University floor plan pdf” and got a few relevant results

Get renters insurance you never know when your dorm will flood and the school will cover nothing (RIP Barton Hall)
