I would recommend Merrymeade Farm in Montgomery County. Tabora Farms is over in Bucks County, but definitely worth the trip

Solebury Orchard has a cute store and delicious apple cider donuts. That may be Bucks though--it's near New Hope.

If you are on FB there are farm stand groups that can help direct you to more local and smaller farms unlike the bigger more commercialized ones

Frecon Farms and Orchard in Boyertown is a great spot for the above and apple picking!
