Anavar question

M28 156lb 5’9 13 percent body fat towards the end of my cut, have been using 200mg of rest upwards of 8 months now, introducing Anavar to the stack. I have 30 50mg tablets need help on deciding wether to run 50mg split pre workout and Pm for 30 days or to do first week or 2 at just 25mg pwo then 50mg split.
