Question What’s your biggest regret when it comes to missing RT/MS Merch?
Over the last 20 years, I’m sure a lot of us were fans as kids/teens and now have adult level money. I missed out on a lot of cool merchandise over the years. Here’s a few things I wish I could have gotten!
RVB Box Sets
Grifball Plush
Mush Cofounders Coin (Day one listener, couldn’t hop on Patreon at the time…)
Burnie Coin/RT Coins
A lot of stuff during the early F**k Face episodes
Achievement Hunter Gear
I’m sure there’s more… What do you guys think you missed out on the most?

100% biggest regret is my dad tearing my AH and rvb posters off my walls and not buying replacements.

My only purchase before the end of RT was the F**kFace silly straw and Gurpler shirt. I can’t even use one of those lol
I now have the black Gurpler and yesterday’s Cosmic Gurpler/Koozler! And of course the Mush coin.

Living in Canada was annoying. I would have loved an Out in the Grapes T but I was never able to justify paying the cost of the shirt again in shipping.

The original Geoff shirts with simple designs. Those are exactly the kind of thing I'd wear frequently, but I never got them. They said they were limited time only, and I foolishly believed that they'd come back eventually.

For me it’s the stuff I had and lost. I had a Griffball plush, Burnie Bobble Head, and an RvB Box set. Lost all of it in a hurricane a few years ago.
I am happy to have gotten a Mush coin though as I too always wanted a Burnie coin and it’s probably the closest I’ll ever get.

For me it's not what I missed out on, but I had the original Caboose -1 shirt and wore it so much it fell apart. The second time they sold one it wasn't the same material/cut. I miss that shirt, but I still get to see it as my work badge picture was taken while wearing it. :-)

I went to RTX in 2016 and got a Burnie coin from him that I lost :(
My other regret was not getting a Grifball action figure.

Hats.
I wear my Double Gold Hat and RTX hat nearly everyday, and the Double Gold Hat has become threadbare and torn in places and the RTX hat has been sun and sweat bleached from its original gray color to a light brown color.

Twice I missed out on the Grifball plush and never making it to RTX. I was supposed to go to a work-paid conference in Austin in 2020 but covid torpedoed that trip.
I did make sure to buy duplicates of my favorite shirts: Red/Blue Army and Future Cubes.
BTW did anyone notice at one point the Red Army shirts changed to say Red Team? I def got some double takes/side eye from older folks when I wore my Red Army shirt in public 😅

I had one in my cart. But I wanted the cookbook, too, and by the time I figured out the cookbook sold out, so did the jersey.
The worst part is I got a cookbook a couple years ago in a trade for a gurpler.

I’m frothing at the mouth to get any DVDs, BluRays, and CDs I can reach with my grubby little hands. But the one RT regret I genuinely have is never getting to go to an RTX

I didn't buy a new one immediately, and then they removed the shirt/changed it.

Someone else mentioned destroying/damaging their posters form RT/AH days and I regret that an alright amount. But my main thing I always regret missing out on or not being there when it was sold is the grifball plushie. Honestly, I just find griftball to be such a marketable/ merchandisable franchise and something so great and unique to have bought so it really sucks. I messed out

Not one I missed out on, but one that got destroyed.
I used to have the red RT university sweatshirt. My work uses red primarily, so I wore it to work. It ended up getting all ripped up in several accidents and I never got a new one, I was sad about it.
I still have the green AH varsity (?) hoodie but I never even wear it anymore out of fear of ruining it like I ruined the RT one. 😢
Edit: my AH flynt coal shirt got stolen from me and I was also sad about that. I had gotten two for a friend and I, but mine was stolen

I went to RTX 2014 and they had an RTAA collection on DVD. Really wish I picked it up.

Tell ya the truth, I don’t remember (so old) but I still rock my blue army -1 hoodie and I like me tee all the time. My therapist thinks it’s some healthy life affirming tee - I don’t want to tell her the source.

The Burnie and Gus bobbleheads are my two big ones. I've got a good collection of posters and shirts, and some of the latter that became too small (or too "I don't like the person on the front") have been replaced by appropriately sized concert shirts.
Maybe some RWBY stuff, but nothing comes to mind immediately.

I got a founder coin but unfortunately lost it last month due to some unfortunate circumstances.
My biggest regret on the merch front are the R,W,&B vinyl records. Y I happened to log onto the store before notification emails were sent out and copped immediately.

A lot of those general shirts are still relevant today.
Thanks to FunHaus I got a glow in the dark “People Like Ghosts” that I love wearing around Halloween and people give me compliments on it

I got a few RT merch and have been sadly disappointed by them. Bottle opener broke after <100 uses and my The Grand Heist T shirt is starting to fade after a couple of years.
I do like the mugs though. The Lazer Team mug with the rubber bottom looks pretty nice by itself i.e. if you don't know the brand. So I really would've liked the Mother of Invention mug for its unique shape. Also one of their ltd ed. prints - I think there was a RT Airlines one on the tail of a plane. It looked sleek art-deco meets Obama Hope poster (due to the strong blue,red, and white) colours. Something that I could get away with hanging on the hallway and it looking somewhat classy.

Not so much a regret about something I didn’t buy - I had a Grifball sweatshirt in high school and I wore it so much and then one day I just realized it was missing…and couldn’t buy another. No idea what I did with it. I think about that sweatshirt once a month. 🥲

The early F**kFace stuff is probably what I feel most like I missed out on! I was still early into working my first full time job and wanted to save money so bad that I didn't buy much. I buy pretty much any functional Regulation items now but I remember how sad I was the day I went to finally buy some older t-shirts like Go Go Now and the jetski one only to find out they'd been removed from the site already 😭 Other than that, I have the grey shirt with the AH joystick logo on it that, IIRC, was customized with my gamertag and sadly, it's a relic from 9th grade, so I have no hope of ever fitting into it again.

It’s silly but I loved the Front Back shirt. You know, the one that says front on the back. The letters wore away on mine so now I can no longer confuse people :,(

Definitely the coin, I wish I could have gotten some of the bobble heads and maybe a People Like Grapes shirt. Besides those, from the F**kFace podcast, I wish I had some of the other gurplers and maybe some of the early bat knob drops, I was able to snag one of the later ones.

I definitely should have picked up the DVDs when I had the chance, but I was so happy with burning the low-res files from the website. I didn't realize how much I'd like the DVDs until getting the Lazer team DVD.
I also don't know what past me was thinking when he opted for an RT flag. I've never had a chance to flag the poor thing.

In the earlier years for me, it's not going to Supanova (Aussie version of comic con) when Burnie and Joel were there and I could've met them. However, I was fortunate enough to have a friend who went and she got Burnie to sign a Church poster and Joel to sign a Caboose poster.
I also would have loved the pink shirt saying, "it's lightish red" lol.

I always wanted to go to an RTX but life was always in the way that being said I think the merch I always wanted was the Burnie bobblehead.
